HgCdTe(MCT)フォトボルテイック赤外検出器

フォトボルテイック検出器(フォトダイオード)は、(PV)または複数(PVM)のホモまたはヘテロ接合を持つ半導体構造です。吸収された光子は電荷キャリアを生成し、接点に集められることで外部光電流が発生します。フォトダイオードは複雑な電流電圧特性を持っています。フォトダイオードは複雑な電流電圧特性を持っており、フリッカーフリーのゼロバイアスでも、逆電圧でも動作する。逆バイアス電圧は、応答性の向上、差動抵抗の増加、ショットノイズの低減、高周波性能の向上、ダイナミックレンジの拡大などの目的で頻繁に適用されます。
